RETURNS

      • Original closed packaging - To obtain credit for your return, merchandise must be unopened in its original condition. Any individual pieces of open hardware will not be credited.

      • Return Authorization - You must call or e-mail us to request a return authorization within 10 days of invoice. We will refuse any unauthorized returns.

 If you meet above requirements, full merchandise values will be credited to your account, excluding shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

•4knobs.com must be notified of any defects within 3 days of receiving your order.

•We will replace your order at our own expense upon receipt of the defective item.
